Privacy policy

What this site does with data, what it does not, and what will change if advertising is ever added.

In short

This site sets no cookies and shows no advertising. It does count how often each page is opened and how often a sheet is downloaded, and that counting is described in full in the next section. Everything else still comes from this site alone — not even the fonts are fetched from anywhere: the typefaces are served from the same host as the pages, and every PDF downloads from here rather than from a file host. There is no sign-up, no account and no form to fill in.

What is counted, and how

Since 3 September 2026 this site uses Google Analytics 4 to count page views and sheet downloads. Consent for measurement starts denied — for every visitor, not only for visitors in some countries — and while it stays denied, Google receives an anonymous, aggregated signal only: that a page was opened, roughly which country it was opened from, and what kind of device it was. Nothing is stored on your device, nothing follows you from one visit to the next, and none of it comes back to a person. We never see a list of visitors, because no such list exists.

The one thing we do want to know is whether the sheets are actually being printed, so a click on a download button sends the file’s name and the page it was on. It carries nothing about you.

If you would rather not be in that count at all, your browser’s tracking protection or any extension that blocks googletagmanager.com is enough, and every page and every download keeps working exactly as before. Nothing here breaks when the counting does not run.

Server logs

The web server records ordinary request logs: the page or file requested, the time, the response status, the browser’s user-agent string and the IP address the request came from. That is how the site is kept running. These logs are not joined to the counting described above, are not joined to anything else, are not shared, and are not used to build a profile of anybody.

Children

A lot of the people using these sheets are children, and the site is built so that nothing about that is a problem: there is nothing to sign up to, nothing to type in, and nothing that follows a visitor from page to page.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may ask what personal data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or erased, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. In practice this site holds no personal data about visitors beyond the server logs described above, so there is usually nothing to send. Requests go to info@everydaycolorpages.com.

If advertising is added later

There is no advertising on this site today and no advertising code is loaded. If that ever changes, this page will be updated before anything is switched on, a consent banner will appear, and nothing that sets a cookie will load until consent is given. This paragraph exists so that the change, if it comes, is something that was announced rather than something that was noticed — which is the same promise the section above was written to keep on 3 September 2026, when the counting was added.
